I am sitting here highlighting phrases in French that illustrate the arguments the Hutu made in their propaganda against the Tutsi before the sad events of October 1993. On and on about the Tutsi "cockroaches'" evil history, cruelty, lack of intelligence, and above all, their plan to exterminate the Hutu, such that "we'd better act first!" Blame the victims.

I will sure be glad to be done with this project. It sounds like G. wants to expand to yet another case to cover, though.

If I had to be reading French, I'd rather it were Verne or Dumas...
