Access revisited

I'm trying to throw together an Access database quickly, which is partly fine and partly peculiar. That is, I know what I ought to be able to do, because I did it seven or eight years ago (the last time I used Access), but I'm not all that efficient in figuring out how to do it.

For example, I based my reports on the original table, not on queries. I suppose I should redo them, but I think I'll sleep on it.
