R. and I got to watch Doctor Who: Planet of the Dead and a Leverage episode today, and we worked in the back yard too. We discovered that the Mexican restaurant down on 29th has closed, but the food at the one a short walk from our house was unusually tasty today. (Note to self: shrimp fajitas!)

The sky is a sickly shade of pale yellow, from wildfires in the Cascades. Unfortunately, it might not rain for weeks.
