Friday = weekend

Since I slept exceedingly poorly last night, and since it was a holiday at the office anyway, I did only the most cursory bit of work and then took D. to the pool for more than an hour and a half. I sat in the 94° shade and read a bunch of The Lions of Al-Rassan, which is one of my favorites by Guy Gavriel Kay.
