Virginia highways, revisited

Surely nobody wastes their time texting when driving along this lovely stretch of Hwy 29:


fractal9091 took this picture between Charlottesville and Lynchburg, on Sunday. I think the white daisies in the foreground are chamomile, and there are black-eyed susans, too. Does anyone know, are they native to the South, or have these naturalized from gardens?
