Feb. 17th, 2009 08:29 pmD. went back to school today and seems pretty well, other than a lingering cough and the annoyance of having to catch up on a lot of homework. I'm a bit wiped out and didn't get much done today beyond transporting him back and forth and making dinner.
Meanwhile, my mom has been making a nuisance of herself,* and now I get to call a woman to find out if there's something we can do or if we should let Social Services "deal with it." The net result is probably to take her car away, which means I may get stuck with doing all her grocery shopping for the conceivable future, and who knows what else. *sigh*

* I should clarify. People are complaining to us and threatening to call Social Services.
