All about the hoops

Today was all about basketball. D had a double-header. They won the first game by 41-20 or something similar. D. had a basket and an assist and a steal, forced at least two turnovers, and got two rebounds! To me, that's the amazing part, because he's so much shorter than most of the others. He didn't contribute as much to the second game, which was a real blowout. The final score was at least 51-14; they turn off the scoreboard if the gap gets too big. Morale.

Now I am weighing the merits of reading the Slote book, watching Crusoe on the laptop, playing the fun Castle Fight variant of WC3 with fractal9091, and a late night walk to Safeway to replenish our milk supply.
