A bit reassured
Apr. 2nd, 2008 03:25 pmI'm a bit reassured today - the medical stuff I found online gives me the impression that shingles localizes itself on one nerve, and in my case, that nerve is mostly behind my ear rather than on my face. With luck, that area is less sensitive. (Although, God help me, scratching my head in my sleep is going to be a problem. Yow.)
Meanwhile, in the new Imagination class, I'm now assigned to be in charge of a group of 10 students who will become acquainted with Second Life, and we'll also be reading a book about Internet psychology together. I haven't visited Second Life since the fall class, but it should be fun - half the students will live in New Toulouse, and the other half in Chilbo.
