A present!
Jan. 30th, 2008 10:07 pmR. went to get our HDTV cable box today, and he got us DVR! This is so great! I am so excited! Meanwhile, today I woke up feeling downright sprightly, though I'm still sick. There are big dirty lumps of snow all around town, and some lawns on the north of buildings have a pretty contrast of snow against the green grass. (I mention that the grass is green because I remain scandalized that some places, e.g. Chapel Hill, have brown grass in the winter. How could this be?)
