Uhh what?

The Eugene 4J school district winter break is always the last two weeks in December until two days after New Year's. Last year, for example, was 12/16 through 1/2.

So, yikes, this year it doesn't start until 12/21 and goes through 1/7? Unheard of! And that's why D. is half an hour late for school today.
