A low-key Friday
Nov. 9th, 2007 09:17 pmI went by the office today, printed various things and turned in my benefits renewal forms, and chatted with Z. about
fractal9091's upcoming trip to Malaysia. Then I thought how it had been months since I'd walked over to the river and taken pictures to post, so I took the long way back to my car to do that.

And by the way, that's pronounced "wil-AM-it." If you can make out the yellow O on a green building, that's Autzen Stadium, home of the nation's #3 football team, the Oregon Ducks.

I then picked D. up from his friend's house and we made R's birthday cake. B. arrived by train, and we had Vietnamese food and watched game shows on TV. It's my birthday right now on the East Coast, but I am on the West Coast (and was when I was born, too).
