Since I've been overworking lately, today I pretty much took the day off. I watched the first two hours of The Amazing Mrs. Pritchard (fun!) and later reflected that I've seen at least three dramatizations of people becoming prime minister but can't recall any of someone becoming president. In the afternoon and evening I watched a Fraggle Rock episode with D, the first hour of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels with R, Chill Out, Scooby Doo with D, and the wrestling King of the Hill episode with R.

I also went outside three times (library, school, and Safeway) and got to enjoy the fall color and nice weather, which I hadn't done at all yesterday. I'm much more relaxed now though a bit apprehensive too, as D. apparently has a new cold, which I definitely do not want, at least until Friday.
