Oregon 55, Washington 34!
Oct. 20th, 2007 09:16 pmSee, the Oregon-Oregon State rivalry is very friendly these days. We root for the other school when we're not playing each other in the Civil War. It's those Huskies that really aggravate us, although not as much as when they had that Neuheisel coaching them.
Today's game was very entertaining. Washington played the best they've played all year, and it was tied going into the fourth quarter. Oregon didn't do much passing (both of our wide receivers are out with injuries), but our newly spectacular quarterback faked what seemed to be a third of the handoffs, tricking the opposing players - and the viewers - again and again. Oregon ended up with 661 offensive yards, 39 first downs, and an impressive victory.
In the next two weeks, both USC and Arizona State come to Eugene. Such opportunities!
