More leaves
Jan. 30th, 2007 03:18 pmA trip to the store reminded me of the existence of watercress, parsley, and cilantro (liked) and radicchio (tolerated). Also, I do know about mustard greens, because that's what's in Jyoti saag, which is very good!
Meanwhile, I've bought some collard greens and may try them
owl_of_minerva's way on Thursday. Today's green will be spinach, as in spinach, feta, and tomato pizza with cornmeal crust.
Edit 5:54 p.m.: R. now reminds me of peppermint and bay-leaf. Those are good. Spearmint is nasty, though.
