Day 848: Book club

eve_primeI hosted book club today, and it was the best. Only three people came, but they were all my closest friends in the group! We talked for hours and hours. That is, we start at 7 pm and usually wrap things up by 8:45 or 9 pm, and tonight we went 'til 10:30 pm when it was quite dark. I think we gave only five minutes' attention to the book (Circe), but we liked it. I had made and bought Greek-themed snacks, and we also drank more of the leftover blackberry cider. What a great time we had!
