eve_primeThis afternoon I went to campus and met with a prospective grad student for G's lab, a lovely young woman. Later, I went to T's house, where she was hosting a postcard party, and I wrote six postcards to various members of the government.
I hope my Persian friend and her family are all okay. They've been in the country for decades, so maybe they are all U.S. citizens at this point.
G's in San Jose for a Magic grand prix, and miraculously made Day Two. He started with two losses after his first-round bye, then later he was at 3-3. He won the next three, though, then had dinner with some Seattle friends.
