eve_primeThis afternoon, the mama deer was sitting on my back lawn, and one of her fawns, looking scruffy-furred, was hanging out with her. I don't know if this means they lost the other fawn, or if the other one is grown up enough to live on its own now. Mama deer looks pregnant, and the remaining fawn seems rather clingy considering how big it is, so she might be getting impatient for it to go be a grown-up deer too.
