Saturday night

Tonight we watched the last three episodes of Lazarus, a new anime series with some iffy plotting but spectacular graphics. I liked it more than J did.

I was short on sleep and didn’t get as much done as I would have liked. Actually I was sleeping better when the bedroom was hotter, because then the fan felt good. Now the fan is necessary or I’m too hot, but it makes my shoulder too cold. Twelve more nights until my room is comfortable again!

I know what you mean about cold shoulders from fans. A/C feels drafty to me also. I just want the heat of summer to be over.

Normally I add a blanket over my left shoulder that I push off in the course of the night. I'm not yet sure how to do this fan arrangement though.

I know, fan arrangement is tricky. For me the further away the better but then you may barely get any benefit.

Yeah, right now I have it arranged so that in the night I can reach over and change the angle of the fan. If it were further away I might not need to do that, but since I don't have to live like this much longer I probably won't bother with the experiment.
