I did feel livelier today

I managed to do a good set of errands (getting my glasses partially fixed, buying the dog a birthday present, etc.), and later R. and I went to the neighborhood pub for dinner while D. was off at a birthday sleepover with five of his closest friends.

I should be working, but instead I am fantasizing about Mauritius.
