Forgot to post last night, because my laptop was Having Issues. But maybe it’s okay now. I was sitting there using IE and a “Microsoft Security” window popped up with a misspelling in it (“migth"), so I stopped everything else and ran my anti-virus software (Avast) after making sure it was completely current, and that found one thing, then I used it to run a “boot scan” of the system and it found a bunch more stuff somewhere else.
Maybe my laptop is okay now, which would be a great blessing, as I can’t exactly get it fixed with 10” (TEN INCHES) of snow on the ground. Word Perfect and Yahoo IM are now running fine on it, apparently, but I haven’t been bold enough to start IE yet.
