Second paper, ✔ (for now)

I'm pleased to report that I was able to send a complete-ish draft to JG for the second paper I'm writing this summer. The "ish" is that I'm still waiting for TT at our subcontractor to send me a bunch of data, and there are scattered placeholders for other things it won't be hard to look up.

Yay! Go me!
